I’m Black, But I’m Not…

For some people, “black culture” is very important to who they are. To others, it means very little.

But to assume that all people of a certain race are the same, not only stops you from seeing people as individuals – it can affect the way you treat people, the way people seem themselves, and stop people from being who they really want to be.

This is the power of – and the problem with – stereotypes, which this video discusses.
